about

My computer says this was from Sept 2005, but that seems wrong, but maybe it's right? I had always wanted to write/play pop songs...and in comes Steve Beach (of Scary Monster, and just being amazing). Steve and I became fast friends, though I always hope to get closer with him but life continuously has a way of getting in the way of living. Steve sent me two tracks that were fully done aside from vocals, I put this and heather together and then dreamed about the amazing indiepop band we were gonna start. I actually have a record worth of songs from Steve that I'm going to try and finish up sometime, we will see what happens.

I've always been a bit weird about my voice, and this was definitely me trying to emulate someone whose band I super admired from the Pacific Northwest...I'm glad I moved away from that a bit. Anyway, I dig this song a lot.
